How does it work?
Step 1

Step 2
We will contact you and provide you with an estimate and other instructions.
Step 3
Pack your device securely in a box and send to us. Once we receive the device, we'll run a Free Diagnostics Test to determine the problem. When the problem is determined, we'll email you to notify of the repair cost and approximate turnaround time.
Step 4
We'll notify you when your MacBook is repaired and mail it back to you with a Tracking ID.

Please remember to fill out the form before mailing us your device.
Sometimes we receive devices with no note in the box, from people who have not filled out the form. We don’t know who sent them, or what they want fixed. Please fill out the form and include a small note in the box with your name on it. This way, we can match up the machine we receive to your online intake form and swiftly process your repair.
